why my plan was changed to LTE 350MCompleted

I havnt get any reply yet. Neither so called support ticket, nor private message or email.
And now I could not even add comment for my earlier post, which is already closed.
Please do as my request change the plan to earlier free one, or cancel the account. Ether way I should be refunded.
