Here's how to Reactivate your Top-Up Credit
CompletedIt's very buried. On https://my.freedompop.com main page, sign in, then tap top left menu button.
Select Billing.
Scroll down to Usage/History and immediate the right of that large word should be Top-Up. This will show when your Top-Up expired.
Now scroll to the very bottom and tap Reactivate Top-Up Credit. I had to refresh the page and instantly my Top-Up of $10 that had expired 5 months ago is back in my account.
They really should put this in their support docs.

When it comes to legacy accounts, FreedomPop credit becomes inactive if not used within 30 days. However, for future reference, you may easily re-activate it at no extra cost by following the instructions on the link to the support article below:
