It's very buried. On https://my.freedompop.com main page, sign in, then tap top left menu button. Select Billing. Scroll down to Usage/History and immediate the right of that large word should be Top-Up. This will show when your Top-Up expired. Now scroll to the very bottom and tap Reactivate Top-Up Credit. I had to refresh the page and instantly my Top-Up of $10 that had expired 5 months ago is back in my account. They really should put this in their support docs.
