    Thank you. We've carefully checked your account and we're able to confirm it is currently active and in good standing. Please keep in mind our service is VoIP. Due to this, you need to make calls and send text messages directly from the Messaging app, not your device's native dialer.

    In an attempt to get this problem resolved, we've refreshed your account to ensure all systems are properly synchronized and that everything's working correctly. Please power cycle your phone. Once your device is back on, synchronize account data on the Messaging app by following the instructions provided on this link.
