If not, you will incur a $20.00 charge upon downgrading. The $20.00 will be placed as a credit on your account, which you may use towards data overage.

Upon reviewing accounts associated with ending phone number 4480 and 4686. We are able to see both ICCIDs ending in 6046 and 5782 were shipped on 10-01-2019.
If your SIM cards were sent on standard shipping, the estimated delivery time frame of orders will be 5 - 7 business days.
On your previous message, you mentioned you haven't received your SIM cards, we can see usage on both your accounts since Oct 11, 2019, would you be so kind to confirm if you've received your SIM cards?
