Why Am I being Charged $7.48
CompletedI'm a new user and downgraded everything to the basic free plan, but still it shows I will be charged $7.48 in 13 days. Why? Thank you

Upon reviewing account associated with phone number ending in 5140, we were able to find the upcoming charge of $7.48.
Be advised, we have implemented administrative fees to ensure we are in accord with all major carriers. These fees are to recover and help defray costs incurred for increasing customer support services, offset higher payment processing fees, and other expenses related to fraudulent usage monitoring on our networks. It is a monthly fee that is non-refundable and cannot be waived.
