Can I still call after I use up the voice mintutes in my plan?
CompletedFor example, I have a basic 200 free plan. I can make 200 minutes free call every month. If I need to call more than 200 minutes this months, what will happen?
1) I cannot make/receive any calls after I use up 200 minutes
2) I still can make or receive call after I used up 200 minutes, but I will be charged. If so, what is the rate?

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to assist you with your current concern. If your account is active with the Free Plan, you will have 200 voice minutes each month. Please keep in mind, both incoming and outgoing calls count towards your plan limit. You won't be able to make/receive calls if you have used your allotted minutes. Should this be the case, you may wait for your cycle to renew so your voice minutes are credited back to the account.
Currently, we don't offer an option to purchase additional voice minutes. Therefore, if you're unable to wait until your billing cycle renews, you may also upgrade to an unlimited talk/text plan. You may find instructions on how to upgrade your plan, here.
