Unable to downgrade the plan and was charged again,not issuing refund
CompletedI tried to downgrade in the website before the billing date,but was not able to as it was throwing error and billed me for 6 months on the due date,when followed up with support for the refund immediately after it was debited,they are saying that they will not issue the refund.When you block the user from downgrading and charge them and then do not issue the refund,isn't this a fraud ?
