Hello FreedomPop Customer Service.."PLEASE" do not send me another generic information message! Your company has advised my new cell phone company, which is TING Mobile, that my old number cannot be ported over to them due to my old number being disconnected! FreedomPop is the only entity that could have disconnected my old phone number!! PLEASE correct this situation!! My cell phone account is still active with FreedomPop and yes..my old number has been disconnected! I did not ask FreedomPop to disconnect my old number! The phone number that I want to be ported over to TING Mobil is XXX-XXX-1340. My email address is XXXXXXXXX@yahoo.com. I need FreedomPop to correct this technical problem before TING Mobil request's another port over! PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!
