I changed my freedom Pop sim card but my iPhone 5 still shows my old number and plan. How do I fix

  Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to assist you with your current concern. Please provide us with the last four digits of the SIM that is currently inserted in your iPhone 5, along with the last four digits of the phone number in question.
