change plan from Premium 500 to Basic 200

I have Premium 500 with sprint phone. I don't want to transfer to ting.com. How can I change to Basic 200 with a LTE sim and use my own phone on this account? Last 4 IMEI is 4025.

Easiest solution is to go to retail stores that carry FreedomPop SIMs. (Target, Best Buy, etc.) Then create a new account while activating the SIM. Use an email address you haven't used before for least troubles.
They have SIMs with a monthly plan. They also have SIMs with pre-paid bundles of months. (3, 6, or 12) Not always in stock at the same time. Discounts are larger for longer pre-paid amount. Be sure you have an unlocked GSM phone. Previously used on AT&T network or T-Mobile Network will do. Phones starting less than 5 years ago have better chances of supporting the LTE in use today. Older smartphones may not be as fast.
If the CDMA phone is still connected to an account somewhere you may want to consider canceling it if you no longer plan to use it.
