The billing seems off. Plan and services should not be separate. And when I downgraded from the 19.99 in an attempt to cancel my account you billed me 20.00 dollars. There was no obvious way to cancel the account. When I did find it.. There is now no way to get my money back, or be sure my credit card info has been removed except through this forum. !! Seems to deceptive to me !! Even worse. I called the number that came with the electronic billing and I could find no way to talk to a live person then it says use the worthless web support and hung up on me. I do not like a company that does everything it can to hide any way to directly communicate with it's customers face to face. REFUND my money. Timothy Patterson
