    No I was never assisted by any representative earlier that day. My issue still hasn't been resolved. It's been a whole month and still haven't received my Sim kits... So if you all could please send me 2 new Sim kits to address XXXX California Ave. 2nd FL. St Louis MO XXXXX please and thank you...
