What kind of company is this? Virtual?
CompletedI am very frustrated that a company that has my financial information does not have actual customer support. When you are entrusted with a customer's credit card number and that customer is trying to adjust their account so you are not continuing to charge at this rate, you should have someone who is available to immediately intervene.
I have recommended your company to many people for a phone but I will no longer do so as it seems you do not really exist!
