    I want to close my account and get the refund of top-up credit $16.79. I've tried to cancel the account but nothing happened. Submitted ticket #8317 and it automatically marked resolved and closed. There was no confirmation of a refund nor account will be closed. Please advise any additional step I need to take. Thank you for any prompt responses.
