AnsweredI am a UK national and I recently purchased FP sim to replace my BT sim whilst in USA. I have now returned to the UK but when I put BT sim back it will not work, keeps coming back as FP even with the FP sim out.

Hello Jan Hayden!
Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to take a closer look into this for you.
Please be advised, our SIM cards are compatible with GSM unlocked devices. This doesn't mean that when using one of our SIM cards in an unlocked device, the device will be locked to FreedomPop.
We would recommend you to uninstall any FreedomPop app on your device. Please note, there's a chance text messages might get lost upon uninstalling the app.
Please let us know what the results are.

Hello Beverly Ashley!
Thanks for reaching out to us! It is advisable to uninstall the FreedomPop applications (FreedomPop Messaging app / FreedomPop Calling & Texting) if you won't longer be using our service to ensure no issues when using the device with a new service provider. However, please keep in mind an unlocked device is not automatically locked to FreedomPop when using one of our LTE SIM cards with it.
Should you have additional questions or concerns, please feel free to reply to this message, we'll be happy to help.
