    Alert: Your FreedomPop service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue. Please Click here to contact customer service.  

    When I click on the link it gives me this message. Not sure what to do.

    I contact FreedomPop and they told me I needed to update my credit card info. It got "erased" somehow, but after I put in my credit card info again, everything worked again! Not saying that this works for everyone but you can try?
