CompletedMy account was inactive since yesterday with alert message "Your FreedomPop service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue." I have used FreedomPop for a couple years and have never had the issue.

I am currently experiencing this issue as well. Both in the FreedomPop app and in browser, the support link lead to a form of "404" page and gave me nothing to go off. xxx-xxx-7797, I've done a few things to troubleshoot on my end and nothing has come of it. Please respond, thanks :)

Hi - I am having this same issue. Can someone please look into this for me? I already created a ticket (#9393) but the CS rep who replied is trying to tell me that I've used up all my data for this month but that's impossible. I only used about 50MB last month and this month didn't even start. It was supposed to start on October 27th but didn't. Thank you.
