    I have 2 different accounts that recently ran into this same issue. They have time left on their account yet they went inactive within the past week. I would greatly appreciate any help.

    Hi - I am having this same issue.  Can someone please look into this for me?  I already created a ticket (#9393) but the CS rep who replied is trying to tell me that I've used up all my data for this month but that's impossible.  I only used about 50MB last month and this month didn't even start.  It was supposed to start on October 27th but didn't.  Thank you.
