My account was inactive since yesterday with alert message "Your FreedomPop service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue." I have used FreedomPop for a couple years and have never had the issue.

    I have the same issue. It was inactive since yesterday. There is a message at the top of my account page. 

    Alert: Your FreedomPop service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue. Please Click here to contact customer service.  

    When I click on the link it gives me this message. Not sure what to do.

    I contact FreedomPop and they told me I needed to update my credit card info. It got "erased" somehow, but after I put in my credit card info again, everything worked again! Not saying that this works for everyone but you can try?

    I'm also getting "Your FreedomPop service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue. Please Click here to contact customer service." but when I click "here" I get "The page you were looking for doesn't exist" I should still have 8 months left on my plan.

    I am currently experiencing this issue as well. Both in the FreedomPop app and in browser, the support link lead to a form of "404" page and gave me nothing to go off. xxx-xxx-7797, I've done a few things to troubleshoot on my end and nothing has come of it. Please respond, thanks :)
