Unable to port out number
CompletedHi, I want to port out my number to another carrier. But they said they got an error message from Freedompop that my number is not active, which I have been using. Could you help me to port out my number. Thanks!

Hi Chengbi Liu, I am having the same issue. You should contact Onvoy Telicommunications at 763-230-2036. They may be in possession of your cell phone number. I plan on contacting OnVoy at the beginning of next week! Hope this helps! And you can actually get on OnVoy's web page and see if they have your cell phone number! GOD BLESS! David in Knoxville, TN
