I had a basic account and changed to a semi-annual of $ 5.99 a month, but I was charged a fee of $ 19 (which would not appear anywhere) and when I lowered the account back to basic, They charged me 20 dollars more, all this apart from the charge of the 5.99 plan. This sounds like a scam to me, I want my money back.
