I just tried to make this request via your contact form, and got an email in response ending with "If you prefer to submit a ticket to our team please sign up for FreedomPop Premium VIP Service under FreedomPop Services.", and the email's subject ended with the word "Closed", which leads me to believe that no one will ever see the request I submitted. So I'm posting about this publicly here.
You moved me to Ting a few months ago, but I still get $0.01 charges periodically. I came back to your site and explicitly closed my account 5 days ago, but today you charged me $0.01 again.
