    We've reviewed account associated with phone number ending in 6715, and in an attempt to get this problem resolved, we've refreshed your account to ensure all systems are properly synchronized and that everything's working correctly. 

    Please power cycle your phone. Once your device is back on, refresh the FreedomPop Messaging app by following the instructions provided here:

    1) Remove the FreedomPop app and turn off your phone for two minutes. Please note, there's a chance text messages might get lost upon uninstalling the app.

    2) Remove and Reinstall the SIM card and turn your phone back on. 

    3) Set APN, by following these steps.

    4) Reinstall the FreedomPop Free Calling, Texting, & SMS app by downloading it from Google Store/App Store. 

    5) Sync Account Data, by following these steps.

    6) Make sure your device's Operating System of your device is updated to it's latest version. 

    Please let us know what the results are.

    Did the steps mentioned here worked for you. I am facing the same issue, nothing works for me without wifi.

    Hi Deepti Shukla,

    Yes, they should work.  The APN edit and save can be tricky on some phones.  Places where the "Save" is hiding. In Menu can be opened from the three dots in vertical line.  Or Try the phone's menu button at bottom of screen. Or may have to look around the edit screen to find a menu with option "Save".  Come back later and open the APN you saved to verify that the APN value still equals fp.com.attz

    When verified, restart the phone just to be sure it reads it in well.  Then do this browser test to prove that Mobile Data is working for you.

    Browser test: [important do NOT skip]
    Turn OFF WiFi and turn ON mobile data. Internet should be working at this point. Can prove it by Googling in browser. Get any search results, you have internet via mobile data ! Get an error ? Report the error back in reply to support for more assistance.
    Reboot your phone if still unable to connect to data. Retest above.
    Working ?... Now turn OFF mobile data and ON for WiFi to save valuable mobile data for another day. Then report results - success or exact error message you got.

    Once you have Mobile Data working well for you, continue with how to your GSM phone for the Unreal Mobile App. See the last paragraph.
