Having trouble with my Netgear Unite Mobile Hotspot
CompletedMy hotspot is having multiple issues. 1. I would like to change its service account from XXXXXXXXXX@gmail.com to XXXXXXXXXX@affectreality.com 2. I have only used the hotspot 1 time to browse the web this month. The netgear unite has gone over the data limit and charged a top up when not in use! This has happened several times in the last year. 3. I’m unable to upgrade my plan. I only get three options and they are priced incorrectly. See attached photo... 4. I’m unable to connect to the internet with my hotspot as of this moment. “Redirected to Unite Manager b/c hotspot not connected to the internet” I’ve power cycled the device and there is top up credit.
