Did you SIM lock my phone

    Thanks for reaching out. We apologize for the delayed response. We have checked the account associated with your profile and confirmed your LTE SIM Kit - 3-in-1 - Voice/Data Bundle was activated on 10/15/2019. We've also confirmed the phone number associated with your SIM XXX-XXX-XX05, was successfully ported out on 10/19/19. 

    Our LTE SIM cards are compatible with GSM unlocked smartphones running on Android 4.3 or + / iOS 8.2 or +. However, please note, using one of our LTE SIM cards on a GSM unlocked smartphone, won't automatically lock the device. Y

    If you haven't, we'd recommend you uninstall the FreedomPop Calling & Texting app from your device. Please note upon uninstalling the app, you may lose saved text messages. Also, please be sure to double-check with T-Mobile that your device meets their compatibility requirements.
