Trying to port my old number to another carrier but they say I need a pin?

Thanks for reaching out. We apologize for the delayed response. We've checked the account associated with your profile and noticed there isn't a phone number currently assigned to your SIM card.
Should you wish to port out a phone number associated with a different FreedomPop account, you may find your port out information by logging in at my.freedompop.com.
After you have logged in, click on "Manage Settings" > "Port Out Info." You should be able to find your account number and PIN there. However, if you're still unable to locate the needed information, please reply to this message with the last four digits of the phone number in question so we can assist you accordingly.
