I am having the same error message as well. I submitted a ticket, but it just seemed to bounce back to my email. It had the same subject line as my ticket message, but then it was followed by the word "Closed." So, I'm not even sure if my ticket was seen at all. Tried to click on the support link in my account (on the error message), but it just sends me to an, "Oops, this page doesn't exist," message.
