US$362.92 on top-off. Want a refund and account closed
CompletedI bought (from Freedompop) and maintained a phone for my senior citizen father's use last year. I put what I thought was enough money on the account to cover him for a couple years. Service was terminated (unilaterally) by Freedompop a few months ago. Current top off credit is US $362.92
I want a refund and the account re: (917) 779-0096 closed.

I have not received a private message. As noted, you disabled the phone service to (XXX) XXX-0096 some months ago (when most Freedompop paying customers lost Freedompop phone service without credit for amounts on account). I also no longer have service at XXX) XXX-0096 as I transitioned my father to a new phone number at a new carrier when Freedompop service ended.
But would be happy to provide any account information you may want via e-mail (the email associated with my number listed above). Or via phone. Or via my Freedompop account online (which is still active, despite no phone service).
