CompletedLocked out of usability, wants billing info on a prepaid plan, pages are missing when trying to follow links, and host of others issues. Spent 3 days trying to resolve this problem. I have 3 months remaining on my prepaid annual service that I'm not able to utilize. Someone needs to help.
