For the last two days I have been receiving the following alert:

"Alert: Your FreedomPopservice is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue. Please Click here to contact customer service. "

Please can you help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

  I have the save problem, what wrong with your support?  at least give us a working link to reactive the account. if it is "unforeseen technical issue" , why bother us?

  I am having the same issue ... I've tried rebooting my phone and have verified the APN & other settings.

  
  The link in the message (https://support.freedompop.com/app/ask) returns a page saying "oops The page you were looking for doesn't exist".

  FreedomPOP is apparently aware of the issue and needs to provide more information!

  I also had this problem, I submitted a ticket and it got fixed. My kids also got it and submitting a ticket has not worked. 🤷🏻‍♀️

  The same problem to my prepaid 1G annual account has a unclear problem,please take a look. The account is fp2.xxx.xxx@gmail.com.And the number is 2132776376
