Refund my 20 $ please.Completed
I received my card a couple of days ago. I purchased one card, but there were 2, I don't know why. Ok, I immediately downgraded to basic free plan and was charged 20 $. Refund my money, please.

To avoid incurring unwanted charges, please be sure to downgrade the plan and deactivate the value-added service prior to the end of your trial, on 11/13/19. There is credit balance available on this line, therefore, you should be able to downgrade the plan without incurring additional charges. Thanks for reaching out to us! We apologize for the delayed response. We do require our free plans to have account balance available to help avoid unexpected charges as a result of data usage beyond your plan’s allotment, during our data reporting delay.
If there's no credit balance available on the account upon downgrading, you'll incur a $20 charge. The $20 will be placed as a credit on your account. As long as you don't exceed your data threshold, the credit will remain on the account. It will only be deducted when data beyond your monthly allotment, is used.
