Weird that it doesn't ask your approval for the downgrade charge right?

As a friendly reminder, we noticed your secondary line XXX-XXX-9643 is active with paid services. To avoid incurring unwanted charges, please be sure to downgrade the plan and deactivate the value-added service prior to the end of your trial, on 11/13/19. Hello Kirk Givan!

Thanks for reaching out to us! We apologize for the delayed response. We do require our free plans to have account balance available to help avoid unexpected charges as a result of data usage beyond your plan’s allotment, during our data reporting delay.

If there's no credit balance available on the account upon downgrading, you'll incur a $20 charge. The $20 will be placed as a credit on your account. As long as you don't exceed your data threshold, the credit will remain on the account. It will only be deducted when data beyond your monthly allotment, is used.

You may find detailed steps on how to downgrade your plan, here.
