Plan is active in new number but no serviceCompleted
I recently ported my number to another carrier as freedom pop services was not working. I changed to a new FreedomPop pop number by paying $4.99. Still I do not see any service . And I see that that there is no proper customer service provided. I have paid 12 for 12 months in that 3 months went without any service using because phone will not work if it is not connected to a Wifi. 9 months balance is still there. Should I expect the services to be restored soon? Or will I get a refund for 9 months?
