Service inactive due to technical issue...contact customer service
CompletedMy FreedomPop phone service stopped working over a week ago. When I log in to my account I get the messsage "Alert: Your FreedomPop service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue. Please Click here to contact customer service. "
I seem to have plenty of data remaining in my plan and I have plenty of top-up credit. Please help correct this.

It looks as if your account is now in good standing. Please feel free to perform a soft reset by simply powering off and on your device to ensure everything synchronizing accordingly.
However, should this not be the case, we've created a support ticket for you please reply there and we will gladly look into the account.
