Cannot connect hotspot to Internet

    Thanks for reaching out to us! We apologize for the delayed response. It is our understanding your Novatel MiFi 5792 is not connecting to the Internet. 

    Upon checking the account associated with your profile we do see your Novatel MiFi 5792 reflects data usage up until 11/10/19. We'd appreciate it if you could please confirm if the problem is now resolved or if you're still experiencing any issues with the service.
