Still trying to get service after nearly two years, have never been able to send or receive a single call or text.
Have tried four phones now, two of which were bought directly from FP & subsequently returned due to defect/nonfunction. The one I have now is the most modern of the bunch, but my SIM is not cooperating. There used to be a page on the Web site for entering BYOD details, now it just directs to the page where I bought the two aforementioned inoperable devices.
I used to have a long-running thread with FP support, but they haven't responded to my most recent message in three months, so I figured I ought to check in. Turns out the whole interface has changed & my correspondence is no longer accessible. On top of that, it seems I can't even get a hold of support anymore with subscribing to some kind of upgrade. Let me get this straight: I can't get service, so I have to upgrade to talk to someone to fix whatever's going on & get service???
If anyone has a different take on this, I'd love to hear it.
