Basic 200 minutes don't show up
CompletedI have Basic 200 plan. It shows active on my profile but my usage lists 0 minutes, 0 texts, 0 data. However, when I see in the Freedom Pop application on my phone it shows Premium 1GB plan. I don't see any of my previous month carryover data. I have no idea what is going on. Please help me resolve the problem.
