CompletedI also received the "Service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue" message. I tried sending a ticket and received an automated message of no help. Tried putting in a new credit card, even though the old one was valid, and received "An error occurred, please try again" message. Re-entered the old one and also got an error message. Took sim card out and put back in and rebooted phone, but none of that helped. The other phone number on the same account still works.
