CompletedMy account stopped working a couple weeks ago and I am not sure what I am supposed to do. The alert banner suggests to contact customer service but the link goes nowhere. Can someone please take a look at this "unforeseen technical issue"? Looking at other posts, it seems to be happening to a lot of people.

Thanks for reaching out to us! It looks as if your account is now in good standing. Please feel free to perform a soft reset by simply powering off and on your device to ensure everything is synchronized accordingly.
