    Thanks for reaching out to us! We apologize for the delayed response. We've confirmed an LTE SIM card is currently active on the account associated with your profile. 

    LTE SIM cards are compatible with GSM unlocked devices (smartphones running on Android 4.3 or + iOS 8.2 or +). As long as your device meets these requirements, you should be able to use it just fine with one of our SIM cards. On this link, you may find additional details regarding GSM unlocked devices, here

    If your device is compatible, you'll need to configure the APN settings and download the app. You may find detailed steps in this article

    You may also visit our online shop, should you be interested in acquiring a new SIM card.
