I got a 12mo plan from the bestbuy in early May, but found that its sim card was not compatible with my phone got from China. After a few days of trial failure, i returned it to Bestbuy in 12260 foothill blvd,rancho cucamonga, ca91739. Bestbuy' s Greek team confirmed that my asus phone cannot use this sim card and will not charge for it after returning. but yesterday, on Nov. 19, 2019, I found that the plan that had been returned was still in execution! And I already have a new number XXX XXX 8200 yet! But i don't have the sim card in my hand anyway! of course, there is no call record. would please freedom-pop to help me correct this error. Thanks!
