Well, I appreciate all your efforts to have a support completely automated, but sorry: doesn't work.
I received my new SIM CARD, I tried to activate, but this ICC number doesn't exist in your archives.
So, i can not activate my Sim.
I sended a request to your support but the answer is that you provide support only to a Premium customers... let me understand... I'm just starting now and I can not receive support???
I hope that you can help me to start.
