I've set up an account, inserted the SIM Card and chosen a number already. I've even tested if the data works and the data does work. I installed the FreedomPop app and it states, "This device is ready for activation. Please press the 'Activate' button to continue, or visit our website freedompop.com." Every single time I press 'Activate' it takes me to the webpage where I insert the ICCID number and email. It then tells me the "SIM Card has already been activated." I am then taken to my FreedomPop account. I can not access the contents of the app since the 'Activate' button is constantly there. What can I do?
