I haven't used this device in about a year or more. F.P. has been charging my account 2 times a month for .$.01 for over a year. I've been with F.P. for 6+ years..I had to swap MiFi devices due to a bad battery port. I called F.P billing & activated the replaced MiFi Device. I only use when power or internet goes down. My account says I don't have a device or active account. However, F.P is taken $.02 for over a year. How do I get this working on the free data plan I've been with for years? Please advise.
