My service is inactive but I have a telephone number. I filed #13090 but it was auto-closed since I'm not on the premier plan. I want to restore the Basic 500 $0.00/mo plan on my new phone. Thanks.

    I resynced paypal and was presented with a $15 charge. Services were added to my line that weren't there before. Not a great impression.

    Even after paying $15 for the free plan, I'm getting an error 302 now.
