My Netgear Unite MiFi isn't getting a data connection. When I log into my Freedompop account via the browser, I get the following message:
"Alert: Your FreedomPop service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue. Please Click here to contact customer service. "
However clicking the link on "here" points to https://support.freedompop.com/app/ask which gives the message that "The page you were looking for doesn't exist".
