All Support Tickets Automatically Marked "Solved"
CompletedI've tried creating tickets on two accounts. On both accounts the tickets are automatically getting marked as "Sovled" as soon as I submit. Even when I click the "Reply" button which is supposed to ask for a follow-up, those are getting marked as solved.
