Iv been with Freedom Pop going on almost a year and have never had a problem, until now. Im sure its probable something that could be resolved easily but I cant talk to anyone. All the online help is not helping and support tickets as well are not helping. WHY cant someone talk to a real person when they have a issue thats not being fixed any-other way? Its freaken ridicules, to me that says you are not customer focused. Because of this problem im having now and the fact I cant talk to a real person I will most likely discontinue this service, which to me is a real sham because your phone service is nicely priced and Iv never had a problem the service as in the phone working. But not being able to talk to someone as really turned me against Freedom Pop. To bad you cant even have a simple conversation with a customer! !!!
