SIM Activation doesn't work on website or 1-800 numberCompleted
I've tried activating the SIM I bought from Best Buy multiple times on your website and your 1-800 number.
I submitted multiple requests for help and as soon as I submit them, they come back Closed stating that they were Solved. Then I get an email stating:
"If you prefer to submit a ticket to our team please sign up for FreedomPop Premium VIP Service under FreedomPop Services."
So the only way to get help from you is to pay you for it?
Already this whole process seems very shady! And if it's this much of a hassle already just to activate my service, I can't imagine what it will be like when something worse happens and I need help.
