Can a customer service person please help
CompletedI’ve been in contact on Twitter but haven’t heard from anyone for over 4 hours. I’m trying to switch my number from one prepaid sim to another. I’m worried I’ll lose my number if it doesn’t get transferred soon. I feel so stupid. I messed up my email address and ended up with two accounts. I’m starting to get really worried as it approaches the end of the day :(. I’m sorry to reach out in more than one place. :(
